The small cottage "Il Pino" is only a few steps away from the sea as well, protected and shaded by a large pine tree. It has one master bedroom and one bedroom with bunk beds, dining area with kitchen, shower + WC and a terrace. Parking space is available.

Rates

1) Baby cot, barbecue, and pets (on request). Loungers, parasols, bicycles, washing machine (on request for a fee).

2) The final cleaning is about 35 euros.

3) On location, there have to be leave a deposit of 100 euros, which will be repayed at the end of the residence.

4) We are pleased to provide you with bedlinen and towels for 1 euro per day and per person.
