The bungalow "La Tettoia" (60 sq. meters) is situated only 60 meters from the sea, also in the midst of Mediterranean trees and plants. There are two bedrooms, a living + dining area with a kitchen, shower + WC and a terrace. A parking space is next to the house.

Rates

1) Baby cot, barbecue, and pets (on request). Loungers, parasols, bicycles, air conditioner, washing machine (on request for a fee).

2) The final cleaning is about 35 euros.

3) On location, there have to be leave a deposit of 100 euros, which will be repayed at the end of the residence.

4) The price of using the air conditioner is about 5 euros a day.

5) During the winter months, by using the air conditioner as heater, the electricity will be billed seperatly.

6) We are pleased to provide you with bedlinen and towels for 1 euro per day and per person.
