The "Pianoterra" (about 100 sq. meters), located on the ground floor of the same house, has three bedrooms, a dining area with kitchen, shower + WC and a large terrace.

There is also available a small TV with many international speaking programs. 

There is also a patio and a parking space free of charge.

The groundfloor apartment is not rented at the time, because our

 grandmother lives there !
